Shipping and Return Policies


Shipping Policy
All orders ship free. The Disto D2, D210XT, and D330 models ship within one business day Monday through Friday by UPS Ground and should arrive within three to five business days. The Disto D330i, D5, and D8 models ship by FedEx Standard Overnight and should arrive by afternoon during the next business day. FedEx orders are shipped out until 7PM PST (+8 GMT) Monday through Friday. We also offer FedEx 2Day and 3Day Express. You can select your shipping speed at checkout. Return Policy
All returns must be shipped back within 30 days in its original packaging and be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping container. To obtain an RMA number, contact us at (626) 683-9188 or sales@distameasure.com. We will refund up to 90% of the purchase price, not including shipping and handling charges incurred initially and during the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Additional fees for damage and missing parts may apply. If a product is returned after 30 days, or without an RMA number or original packaging, Distameasure reserves the right to refuse the return. For problems with a Disto, contact Leica first for technical support before returning the product to us. Any warranties for Leica products apply to Leica only and will not be honored by Distameasure.
